STEP ONE
In the last email you received, there are two PDF documents attached.
- Your Contract
- The Teacher Welcome Pack
Read through the teacher pack for important details on the job, our expectations of teachers and to gain an understanding of our studio policy.
If you are accepting the job, sign your contract and scan a signed copy ready to submit in step 2.
STEP TWO
There are TWO forms you will need to complete.
The first one is for your personal details & teacher bio. The second one is to submit your signed contract.
If you have not yet received your ABN or WWCC, you can still fill out the forms. We can update your WWCC and ABN once you’ve received them.

To apply for an ABN, follow this guide.
To apply for a WWCC, select your state: NSW / QLD / VIC / SA / WA / TAS / ACT
STEP THREE
Register to join one of our online New Teacher Induction Sessions.
These sessions are only 30 minutes over zoom call, and are designed to get you ready to Teach with Music Lessons Australia.
Attendance at these sessions is compulsory for all new teachers.
STEP FOUR
Register to the Teacher Training Website to begin your training! The next few steps require you to be logged in to proceed.

STEP SIX
Once you have completed all the above steps, reply to our original email and tell us you’ve completed the roadmap.
Our team will first ensure you’ve completed every step on this roadmap.
We will then create a Teachworks account for you, then confirm your “Teachable Suburbs List” via email.
After those two final steps, we will begin assigning you new students to teach!
